in today's digital world this is a necessary product. for some the monthly/annual subscription of 360 works better. for me it is a single time purchase fee that works.

I was sold this software package and didn't find out until after I picked up my PC with the software loaded by Geek Squad that this version of Office doesn't include Outlook. When I talked to the Geek Squad representitive, they said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact Microsoft. Microsoft then said that there was nothing they could do since it was purchased at Best Buy, so I purchased Office Home and business from them.

I've used Office software for several years and it has never disappointed me. Easy to use and I've never had any problem with it, no matter what I was trying to create.

I like how everything is separated onto the first screen for word, rather than having to go through different tabs like in older versions. Not overly priced at all.

This product is perfect for anyone needing basic programs. It has everything you would need for powerpoints, setting up charts, and basic document presentations.

This was perfect for our college student to use not only whole he did his bat helped, but still using as he completes his masters degree.

The one time charge for this product is worth it as opposed to paying subscription every year and I had them install it which made it that much easier

Needed excel on a second computer so made another purchase. Would be nice if there was an option to share will other laptops in the household. It is a good product.

I bought this Office product but then discovered that it did not include Outlook so I returned it and bought the business version instead as it did include Outlook.
