Person called me back 3 times when I said I had to think about it & had to check w/Best Buy. Very scary, had to have Geek squad clear my system & install the office word/excel that I had purchased from Best Buy. This product should be secured without worry of being hacked. Bought thinking I was safe & turned out I was being scammed. Recommend Best Buy install & DO NOT CALL PHONE #!!!!
