I was transitioning from Vista and from Microsoft Work and was doing this using ATT internet service. This could have created issues if I had done myself. One, Office downloads from the internet without disks. This took several hours because of the poor ATT internet speed. Two, Works documents do not convert to Office unless you change the file extensions yourself. This is done file by file. Again this took several hours. Process was painful but end result worth it.
