This computer makes a kind of noise when starting up, And the disk drive seems to be very cheaply made.But it seems to be working very well on the whole. I am sorry that I did not buy a better one which would have cost a bit more..For the price I paid it is working well.I have not had this very long only a few weeks so it is hard to judge. If you are looking for a computer at a lower price then this one would work.Thank You

I had the Geek Squad install this. I'm learning a little by little thanks to the tutorials and help from the Geek Squad. Once I've got the hang of this fantastic program, it'll be a piece of cake!

A must have for any kind of business application. Allows professional invoicing and quotes as well as excel sheets for many different needs.

As it was loading it became stuck. I contacted Microsoft Office customer service who quickly and easily fixed the problem. Very easy to use!

Word is an excellent word processing program and a great value. Excel puts all other spreadsheet programs to shame. These are the ones to get! They both have so many incredible features that enable you to customize your documents. The way your information is presented makes a difference, and these products get you to the next level.

I cannot imagine not having this software on my computer. This software handles all my business and personal needs. This product is also very easy to use.

Not too thrilled about not having an actual disc copy... But then again I'm old school so it's whatever. But as always Miscrosoft is a great tool to have.

I need both word processing and the ability to produce spreadsheets for my record keeping. This software allows me to do both and integrates well together.

I got a great price for this for my daughter’s new laptop for Christmas. Much more cost effective than paying for the monthly subscription.

If all you need is word, excell, power point and note then this is perfect.

All aspects of office are easy & efficient. Tutorials make it that much easier if you are having a problem. I can't imagine not having it on my computer.

I am just learning to use the program but once I learn to do so I think I will like it better. I bought it for the Word part of the program. However I learned word processing on Microsoft Works and that is what I am used to so I really liked Works better. If I had not learned on Works, I would probably like Word better than I do. Since Works no longer is available this is OK. This is my first experience with the Office aspect of the program.

was sold this by the Best Buy sales guy. have yet to download to my new PC but I'm sure its as good if not better than previous versions. Thanks so much for reminding me I would need this item.

The price was very good because this version is being replaced, but I didn’t care about that as I infrequently write documents so I won’t be using more than the basic features.

Software - how much can I say about it. Yes it works flawlessly, but it should. I am a fan of downloading softwares, but this was simple.
