Very good suite of programs

Excel has been my choice for a spreadsheet and Powerpoint for presentations from their inception in Windows. My major gripe is that Microsoft has limited the license for the home and student version to just one computer, unlike the license for Office 2010 which was for three computers. Thus, I installed the program only on my new desktop and kept the older version on my own and wife's laptops.

A Subscription Doesn't Always Work

I bought a new laptop for a student in Nicaragua and online access coupled with monthly subscription fees for the latest version isn't practical. I opted for the lifetime license knowing that the student will be secure in knowing the software is hers to keep.
