Great Product But Installation Difficult

However, I had a very difficult time installing it. My previous version was a subscription. Installation instructions did not say to remove the previous version. After I got the product downloaded and installed I got a message that my subscription has expired. I spent a considerable about of time on the phone with Microsoft to fix the problem.
