He was moving to a new laptop and had his email(Windows Live Mail) archived in the weirdest way. We used every effort and resource we could to export his email. We had to purchase Office Home and Business to get him a form of email (Outlook) that these archived emails could move to.

Found out that most companies do and bought it from them for $10 for three uses. Returned next day to save $190. Version 2016 is great and even better when you bought it for $190 less.

Maybe it was because of my familiarity with the Office program I was using but I just didn't feel comfortable with it. I also feel, that in the long run, Office 2016 is more cost effective than 365.
