Replacing after computer crash

The BAD thing is that no longer could I load the purchase to more than one computer. It's limited to ONE. That's not good. We pay more for less. Otherwise, it works fine.

Unfortunatly I did not realize that Outlook was not included as with my previous Office. The store manager allowed me to pay the additional cost to upgrade to Office Home and Business. Thanks

It's the typical basic microsoft office package, word, powerpoint, excel. For the price I wish it also came with Onenote at least. But this gets the job done

My only concern is with a couple of changes from the previous version of Word. I found it particularly difficult to change the line spacing from the default setting. However, once I determined how to do it, it works fine.

NO OUTLOOK OR ANY OTHER NORMAL EMAIL included!

Now, you have to not only pay for the professional package just to get Outlook, but then they charge you yearly for it!! It's not even yours (the Office Professional I mean). And not cheap, either, about $70 a year. that's crazy!!! This isn't Best Buy's fault, this is Microsoft but it's just ridiculous. Now all I have for email is a stupid program geared for four year olds. It's terrible. I'm very disappointed and will NOT EVER buy another Microsoft product again. Not after Windows 10 with as horrible as it is and then the attempt to force customers to pay extra just to use a convenient email application.

After going to customer service and getting a replacement all has been well! Just the basic Office products anyone needs, and I got this on sale with the purchase of my laptop!
