After going to customer service and getting a replacement all has been well! Just the basic Office products anyone needs, and I got this on sale with the purchase of my laptop!

Second monitor

I had not ever replaced it. How terrific it is to have such a big screen! My college graduate daughter even uses it in place of her laptop! I had realized what a difference a bigger screen would make!

I had been using an older version, and have been surprised by the upgrades incorporated into the latest release. Unfortunately the program can only be installed on one computer.

I could not find the product key for my software to load on new laptop - until after I purchased a new one. Was concerned there would be a hassle trying to return it, but pleasantly surprised. No problem.

The New Programs are Nice

Profressional package had a few more programs included. This newer versions are nice and while i am getting used to the newer versions i am realizing that this is meeting my needs.

Great computer but......

Huge screen and good sound system help to make this a new favorite. If there is any down side it would be the operating system. I don't like the Windows 10 system. It is too much like a smart phone and I find it hard to maneuver through. If it is intuitive, it is not in line with my intuition.
