Great computer but......

Huge screen and good sound system help to make this a new favorite. If there is any down side it would be the operating system. I don't like the Windows 10 system. It is too much like a smart phone and I find it hard to maneuver through. If it is intuitive, it is not in line with my intuition.

I ordered it online as a gift, and I was able to assign someone else to pick it up across the country at a store of my choosing. Bought it as part of a package with a new laptop. Convenient!

Microsoft Office - Works Just Fine

It is a version I am used to because I have Office 2013 at work. They didn't make drastic changes, which I appreciate. Same programs, same results. Dependable and efficient.

It is challenging in some regards but with the multiple helps one can get where they need to go. With anything new in electronics these days this goes with the territory and fortunately the new things are better.
