Purchased 2016 for new laptop. Trying to load it on computer was very difficult because of association with my email from 2013 version and MS account. I had to created a new email to accomplish. Finally got it done, but it took hours.

My dad thinks the same way, hence why he got them for his new laptop. We bought them outright and there hasn't been a single trouble with any of them. They are a tad pricey but I guess that's the cost of success!

I have used previous year Office and like it.

I felt it wasn't fair and a way for Microsoft to wring some more money out of their customers. I had to buy this year Office and don't like it as much as the other one, but I will get familiar with it.

I am still figuring out some of the features, but love all the options and templates Windows 10 offers and find the product very user friendly. Would definitely recommend purchasing the Product Key Card.
