Use Word only to communicate with others for editing and revisions. No Outlook in this version. Had asked for Outlook so this version and 365 loaded at the same time, don't work together, caused major problems. Would recommend only for specific circumstances.

I am amazed at what Microsoft Office can do. I do believe that it would be better to put together smaller packages, such as Word & Excel as a stand alone package, making it much more affordable to low income families. It would be a shame for a student to go without the proper tools for the sake of a higher priced package.

Anyone with a history of using office will be fine.

Works good with new laptop and with Windows 10....

Worked as expected. I discovered I had to purchase this product in order to open certain email attachments that I was unable to open with what came with my new computer. Didn't like to have to pay the extra money but it does give me more productivity.

It was very easy to install. I like the tutorials.

If you still have older versions don't upgrade. The older versions are easier to use

Disappointed with some of the features like "save as" compared to earlier versions.

I was disappointed that it did not include outlook!

I don't see any difference between this and the old office 2010 that I had before.

This is an everyday tool! Even though we use the old computer with it's older version of Office for journaling and creative writing, I use this version on the laptop everyday, Templates are great! I prefer this version to the yearly subscription.

Should have paid more for home and business because my son needed office to email his work for school. Student version will not let you do this. Instead now I have to copy and paste to an email and sometimes it doesn't work 100% for the full Office works. If you don't need to email then it good for you.

I have searched around looking for this product and have been told that I need to do everything online at a higher price. I was in BB and asked our rep Alex about options... he said hold on, came back with this product. The rest is history!

I upgraded my older version of Office software. The acquisition was timely. The Office 365 has been excellent for my work. The very aspects of the product has improved productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. It has exceeded my expectation in day to day work.

Having problems with some areas. May have to do with not being computer literate.

I didn't realize that Outlook Express was not included in this packet when I purchased the Office program, but was able to purchase Outlook Express separately, so it all worked out fine. I really like the Office program. It would be better for me, if they would have included Outlook Express in the program.

Stepping up from Office 2010 while getting a new computer was nice and easy. It is quite familiar to use with some new features to make things easier. The biggest thing about Office 2016 is that there is a touch version for using the touch screen.

The new Office is nothing new. I had to purchase it because I got a new computer.

This software is nice but with so many good free or cheap options out there, it is way overpriced. Google docs does Just as good or better and it's free. If you're going to do it at all, the $10/month online subscription is probably the best way to go.
