Had to contact someone at Microsoft to help me install the service. Don't know if it is related, but now I have a virus giving me a warning, loud beeping, can't use keyboard. Asked to contact Microsoft. I have no idea what it could be.

New laptop meant new office subscription. 365 is nice but offered more features than I would ever use and was out of my price range at the time. Not only was the regular office perfect for me but on sale and discounted with laptop purchase.

Last year I used a subscription to Microsoft Office, but this year I decided to buy the (product key card) and it is much easier to use. The download and registration took a very minimal amount of time and I was up and running.

I was pleased to be able to purchase Office Home for Windows instead of having to get the larger version that requires an annual fee since I do not use all the components of Office. The only thing I miss is Outlook.

After upgrading my computer and purchasing a new one, I had to also purchase a new Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016. This software helps to enhance my writing experience, saves me time, and gives me all the creative options I need.

I believe that all windows based computers should come with Office. It's pretty much useless without it. Seems like a gimmick to get more money out of the customer. The cost is high, but you pretty much have to have it.

my only complaint about this product is that it's necessary for literally all school classes and it's super expensive. it used to come with computers and now you have to buy it separately and I think that's ridiculous.

Works well with all the new enhancements. The only problem is this version only includes: Word, Excel, Power Point, and One Note. It would be nice if Microsoft would include more features for the money paid. They used too include more in the office suit. I guess greed has set in.

I remember when you would by disks but everything is a download these days. I enjoy and like Microsoft software. It's beneficial to use at work and home. It seems a little pricey but you can transfer it from one computer to another.

I've been using an older version of office forever, so this updated version is great to use. I have not experienced any issues with it. I love that Word has an automatic save option, this is wonderful when typing papers.

I chose to purchase Office 2016 over 365. I am not one for subscription based services as I will get at least 4 years out of this 1 time license. Maybe if I had several PCs that required Office, then I would go to 365.

I couldn't have put my laptop to work or use excell or word without this, so up to know it's been working great eventhough I just encountered some problems when I want to update some apps it tells me it can't because of the office 10

typical MS office. just have to get used to the changes. casual user.

I think the software is great. However it takes a lot of time to get used to using all of the new changes that have been made. I still haven't figured most of it out as of yet. I think over time it will be a lot easier to use.

I was in need of a operating program from prior work I did on my old computer, no choice! Best Buy priced match to the cent and I was out the door. Glad I could just walk in my BB store greeted and out in just a couple minutes. Very simple purchase, happy customer!

I really needed it. Now it is on my computer. It is good.

This product is the usual for Microsoft. They always like to move things around so you have to search for the bells and whistles but once you find it all, it works fine. I don't like that it doesn't come with the computer.

I have used Microsoft office for years and the 2016 version has been great so far. No complaints and I would but it again. It did take me a little while to download my OneNote notes but I think that was more me than Microsoft.

So excited this product is available for 1 price for a lifetime of use instead of having to renew it every year at usually an updated price. Makes it easier to use so no one can forget when the product 'expires'.
