Service at BB not good. Don’t want to do extra work.

I have used the product for years and now I can share with my husband the files I have created for our budgets and retirement funds. If my PC won't print I can now get the files to him and he prints. No downtime.

A lot of confusion with this one. Added software not needed etc.

Maybe it's because I've used it so long at work but I've tried other programs at home and none compare to Office as far as I'm concerned. I also like have the lifetime plan so I don't have to keep buying it.

Needs a booklet showing user how to work with item.

After I typed and printed a document I learned I had to go through Activation before I could use it again. I finally realized which ID# I was asked for and got in. I was relieved not to have to go back to Best Buy for help.

Don't waste your money on office 360, spend a bit more upfront

I would rather own it on a disk than get it over the internet.

I had an earlier version of Office, but with a new laptop i wanted to upgrade.. I bought the one time purchase version. I had problems with installing the program,BUT I called the Geek Squad. They installed it on my new laptop and they did an AWESOME job. Very pleased.

I went from a very old Office to 2016. I bought it, because my last one I was using was 2003, so I bought it instead of "leasing" it every 6 months to a year. I am happy with it. I still am working on getting used to it.

I use this a lot for work. It only sucks that we pay so much for this program and its only limited to one user when we should be able to use it for whoever and how much ever we want for those who don't have Microsoft office.

The Office Home & Student 2016 is just a newer version of the office software I had been using on my old computer and it has all that I need when I want to make documents and letters. I find this product very satisfactory.

Office has changed since my last purchase.You purchased software, you received discs. This not physical purchase leaves my questioning. I had to repurchase an antivirus software after a system crash many years ago. I LIKE have physical discs. A must for writing and spread sheets.

The sales person at Best Buy helped me with this. I got this for my grandson's new HP laptop. Was pleased to see I had to only purchase this once and don't have to renew it annually. A must for any college student.

I purchased in the store because I find it expensive to make the monthly payment forever...One purchase price and it is good to go...365 Office, unless you are using it as a business deduction, don't waste your money...

I guess I was just expecting more for the price???

This was a must for my husband when he purchased a new laptop. We were pleasantly surprised to receive $20 off the listed price when we purchased it with his new laptop. highly recommended at a great price

I don't know why it seems to be necessary to change things that really don't need to be changed. It is much harder to use Word and Excel in the latest versions. Maybe I am just from the old school, but it takes more clicks to do many things that I do often. I don't think that is an improvement. And some of the Word functions are so buried, I have trouble finding them. I had to think quite a while before deciding whether I would recommend this product. If you are forced to update, then, yes. If not, then, NO. But in the end you will probably have to go with it, so I said, yes.

Purchase Office 2016 as an upgrade for the recently purchased computer.I did not want to transfer the Office 2007 to Windows 10 Laptop. I only transferred files and documents from a Windows 7 Computer to the new unit.
