Can't survive without windows. Especially as I'm working on an advanced degree and the university interfaces better with MS for non-soft (artsy) applications. This isn't me knocking the arts, it's identifying a better interface which meets university requirements.

Am very happy that we purchased this because we did not want to have to pay each year to upgrade the program. This way we could just buy and now we own it and I have all the programs that we need.

For anyone that has kids in school this is a must have

I love all the templates that this comes with. I found APA templates for a school paper. It also has a really updated and simple design. It is worth the price if you're constantly doing papers for school.

I was suprised to find out this product is no longer installed on computers from the factory. Comming from windows 7 and office 2003 it takes a little bit to get used to, but overall same good product.

Its a must have if your going to school or working on projects and I wanted to buy a copy if though I have a free online version as well in the cloud , its so nice not to pay for another update every year for it.

I had to call technical support to help me uninstalling and reinstalling the Ms-office. Tech support helped me and quickly I was able to have my MS-Office 100% operative. So far this has been a good experience.

I purchase this HP laptop for photography only. Wanted a place to store and keep all photos. Don't use e-mail or other programs through it, have a desktop for that. Belong to camera clubs and makes it nice to be able to show pics or slide shows at those meetings.

Needed Microsoft Office for school and work. I did not want the subscription and wanted to purchase it outright. Would have like to have gotten Access but since I do not need I was not worried. Great product.

This product meets my expectations. There are a couple ways you can purchase this product, which the sales associate explained. I purchased the one time fee for my software. This does not include updates.

I am so glad that I have MS office 2016. I use it every day. Whether it is for spreadsheets, correspondence, emails, or presentations., this is the core package that helps organize my pc.

What are you going to do when you need Word or Excel? The initial cost is high, but purchasing the annual Office suite doesn't make sense. I wish they would sell only MS Word or Excel separately.

It is just another newer version of Office. As with everything that is upgraded to keep up with the market there are improvements that you may have to check out if you are upgrading from an older version.

I still miss Lotus 123, but Excel does pretty well. I like that it recognizes old spreadsheets from my pc. Word is not as easy to use as Word Perfect, but makes letter writing easier than using a typewriter.

I love MS office, but the price is ridiculously high! I tried other free ones, but didn't like them. I hate Microsoft went to a subscription like 365. I want to own my applications, not lease them. Thats the only reason I bought the full program.

It's unfortunate that customers have to pay additional money to have this feature, when it once was provided at no charge when investing in a computer/laptop. Had some difficulty installing and no 800 number or website for trouble shooting.

There was a problem in installing the software. Called the Microsoft support. Unfortunately they couldn't help. I took it to the tech support at best buy store and they fixed it in 5 min. Thanks for the Geek Squad Tech support team!

I had bought the Microsoft 365 when I purchased my new computer but lost it. It was disappointing to have to buy Microsoft Office again but this time I went with the home and student edition.

I preferred this configuration to the subscription based Office Suite. Very good as with all Microsoft Office programs and is made better with the touch screen features of Windows 10.
