I've not used another product to compare as of yet.

I still enjoy having Office for my home PC. It's sad that it's no longer installed on new computers and you have to spend over $100 to add it on top of the expense of your PC. I enjoy the products. I avoided spending $100 a year for the 365 version.

When you get the card, be very careful when scratching-off the product key. I couldn't read the key because I damaged it. The good news is I was able to call Microsoft support and get a new product key after proving I bought Office 2016.

It’s the standard Office Suite. The software itself is solid. Each new version has a few extra bells and whistles then the last, but at its core is good old MS Office. It certainly isn’t getting any cheaper, to be sure, but what is?

I am very happy with the Office Home and Student 2016. For me this is a needed product that should be included on every computer. I enjoy the time saving features as well as the collaboration tools.

Not really worth the price they charge but oh well

It would be nice if there was a way to save Microsoft Word documents, Excel, Powerpoint etc. directly to Google Drive instead of folders on my computer and having to manually move them to Google Drive.

Bought it for my grandmother so she could keep up.

It would be nice if PowperPoint had the option to add footnotes in a similar fashion as Word. I opted out of paying the annual fee because the price seemed unreasonable when I thought about the long term, as I normally update Microsoft every 4-5 years.

I purchased Office 2016, rather than getting the "subscription" (ie download) version as I prefer to have the disc/ keycode if anything goes wrong with the computer. I would purchase this again

Since I bought the computer new, I decided to purchase this version instead of 365. I am retired, do not need the 365 monthly charges. Just buy it and own it. Updated software when I logged in code.

So far me and my family really enjoy the product. I'm very comfortable with the new version of Microsoft Word, especially, my last version of it was the XP version, so it's like a whole new world.

This has all of the programs that a student or professional working from a home computer needs. I like that this product is not the new "subscription type" that you have to renew on a yearly basis.

I purchased the lastest Miicrosoft Office Program. I'm sure that there will be a bit of a learning curve, but I've used Microsoft Office for many, many years and it fulfills my needs.

it seems to me that the overall weight is a large factor along with detachable lid so as to use in a variaty of ways and its content has enough information so as not to be outdated in a year.

I use office all the time. The only problem was when I went to activate this on my computer it had said that it was already activated by someone else. I took it back to the store the same day and they got the issue resolved.

It is user-friendly, does NOT crash, and slightly better than Office 2010 version. If you are one of those end-users, then upgrading to this latest version is not recommended.

I don’t have to buy cloud based word every year. This is mine and it gets updated. Cloud based word is like dry cleaning. You keep having to buy your clothes back constantly.

We purchased the MS Office software rather buying the monthly subscription because we wanted a one time purchase rather than having a monthly recurring charge. This is the perfect solution.
