I've looked at many freeware versions and lower cost versions over the years, and they just don't compair. I have tried Google docs...it is ok in a pinch, but not really there for many purposes yet.

There are advantages to this such as the online backup and access to more templates, unless you know the steps to do so, you can’t save things to your computer. The process was complicated and time consuming.

I should have noticed this Office suite did not include Outlook. This makes life difficult for me when accessing and / or saving email messages. Otherwise, the programs are excellent.

Yes, there are some great new features that make the upgrade to Office 2016 well worth it. The "suggest" feature and terrific integration of text and graphics make it well worthwhile to buy and learn.

Windows student or office is a must for anyone, however, we were told this was NOT preloaded on computer, guess what? It was. Waste of money on an item we couldn't return. Better training needed.

Although a great product my main concern when I went to load this it went to a phishing site or scam site. Looked very real with Microsoft but makes me kinda leery for Microsoft products.

I made the decision to purchase this product instead of renewing every year. In two years it will have paid for it self. Works great on my Lenovo

What can I say other than it is an up-to-date version of the Mirosoft Office software that most home computer users are quite familiar with. It meets the needs of both student and household use.

Call me old school, but I prefer doing things locally and not in the cloud. If you need MS office, specifically the big three components, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, this is the best way to go.

As always, MS delivers on it's 2016 platform for the "beginner" basics of Office products. Takes a bit to get used to the amount of "gray" word highlights but the tools are as effective as ever.

I have no complaints about this Software, except for the Price. But then I always complain about Price. Actually, It is every bit the Excellent Software We all Expect From Microsoft.

Some processes are not as clear to perform as with my prior Windows 7, such as just opening attachments to emails. It takes several keystrokes to get thru questions such as do you want to save the document before it can be opened.

Maybe I am just old fashioned, but I prefer this to the subscription based options, which is getting increasingly harder to find. If you don't need outlook then this is the best way to go.

I didn't realize I wasn't getting the Outlook calendar with this or I wouldn't have bought it. I use that more than anything and I am missing it. Need a good calendar.

Bought a new computer last year, then bought another one this year. I should have bought the multi card for up to 5 computers instead of one at a time. Think ahead!! I would have saved money.

This was very easy to install. I gave this a middle rating do to the geek squad not installing this in the set up. Also I can't believe this was not included with the computer.

standard Microsoft product. It works as it is supposed to in Microsoft fashion. I do prefer the product purchase rather than the annual subscription. Just feels more secure to me.

You can't go wrong with Microsoft Office Home and Student, 2016. It has all the features you need along with Microsoft's great product support and updates. Great purchase.

If you never worked with office then you have been hiding under a rock. It is very easy to install. I am not in school anymore but I do use it for personal documents and such.

I bought a new Apple MacBook Air and needed to add Office to be able to work with my files and set up presentations in powerpoint. Unfortunately I didn't find out until I had scratched off the code that it won't load unless you PURCHASE windows first. So that is another $120!! I have not made the Windows purchase yet and will see if I can find another way to make everything work. Then I'll just donate the code card to someone that can use it. I have always been pro PC and microsoft. That is gone. I'm sticking with my Mac from now on.
