First Time Buyer

Of the office options its a bit higher in price but you get it for the life of your pc, whereas the other office options are for a limited time for more than one pc, tablet etc. Best option and value to me.

Also did not like the fact that I needed to load software on a specific website. Had trouble with finding correct website and ended up with a failed product code entry, with a message to call support number for immediate help. Ended up with poor English speaking person taking over my computer. When he started asking nonrelated questions and stalling with help, I disconnected immediately and had Best Buy load the software. Scarey!
