Unfortunately, both the national university system and the professional world basically require you have Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Simply have to pay the extra money for these softwares.

I love the product but was diasapointed that I had to purchase 2 copies to install on both of the computers that I purchased. In the past I could buy one copy and install on all of my devices.

I am very thankful that the geek squad was available to set up this program on my computer prior to me leaving the store. I was able to begin using the computer and printer once I arrived home

My only dislike about Micorsoft's new download process is that the garbage laptop I bought last year is on it's 4th hard drive and I have had to fight with customer service to get a new download

The service people at Best Buy loaded the Windows package on my desktop. That was very convenient. I'm used to Windows and probably wouldn't use anything else unless I was forced into it.

I purchased this so I could still work when traveling. I usually have cell service to run hot spot but that soon maxes out when using the cloud for pictures and pdf’s. With this I can wait for WiFi then up or download.

There are other options out there for word processing and presentation software, but you can't beat the Microsoft Office Suite. Not only is the interface familiar, it is also user-friendly.

Our experience at Best Buy was smooth from when we walked in and met with someone at Geek Squad to being referred to a sales associate to purchase a new computer. Excellent customer service!

This program has many great features for a beginner like me at that time. Many office programs that have helped me establish my business.

great product and service. Only, I was disappointed because my appointment for mounting the TV was rescheduled on the day that I was expecting the Best Buy Technicians.

My needs have been fully met, in fact exceeded, with this Windows product. Haven't tried to save documents in the Cloud yet but I am glad I have the option of doing that.

I use Microsoft word very often for typing letters and utilization of PDF files. I would recommend the purchase on a lifetime plan so that way you're never bothered again with the upgrading in all that stuff highly recommended

Of course when you get a new computer you need office. You can use your old version on your new computer by transferring it over to your new machine, or you can buy the newest version of office to get the latest and greatest.

You can't go without getting this program and you should get it when you buy the computer it's a lot cheaper. I use this program for everything I write. It also works great for everything I do.

Office has always been my favorite program for the ease of setting up pages for charts etc. I'm still learning some of the new things on this updated version but, I like it so far.

I'm not a student, but this is a terrific product that is very useful to anyone who writes letters, invitations, cards does projects, etc. The design choices are wonderful!!

Office used to be such a basic need that it was included with most new computers. It is not now but this version makes it more affordable to add what is truly essential.

The only problem is install. I have an account already but the new install did not go well. The Microsoft account did not view this a new purchase and would not install until I removed an older version from my old computer

I was having issues with a prior Microsoft product version. The purchase and replacement with Office Home & Student fixed my problems easily and efficiently. Good Buy!

So glad I purchased "lifetime" usage. Waste of money to just get for a short period... I knew I was going to need it, so why purchase a limited amount of usage over and over again?
