Microsoft Office 2016 is a great product. Wouldn't have a computer without it. But I have a caveat ... in the installation process. Installing this program was a monumental pain in the neck. I bear some of the responsibility because I misunderstood one of the install process questions, but recovering and regrouping from my mistake was impossible. Microsoft's online help process was circular and useless, and the people I spoke to at their 1-800 number continually referred me to their online help process, and were useless as well. After a few days of annoyance and frustration, I finally got it installed and it works fine.

I purchased Office Home & Student 2016 because I have been using Microsoft Office for years. I bought a new computer and wanted the newest version of Microsoft Office.

This is an easy-to-use activation for installation. It serves the purpose. Kind of hurts to buy something that used to be 'standard' with the purchase of a computer.

I love Microsoft Office but I do not purchase it for myself through best buy. Being a federal employee I'm able to purchase it for $9.99. The program is amazing however!!!

This version provide the Office products I need to handle day to day personal correspondence, budgets, etc. Best Buy staff got it in my hand and me out the door in record time.

I use the home office quite almost every single day. Usually for work related stuff and some personal. It has tons of templates and other items included already, love it.

To bad that these programs are not already installed on the computer for free. I hate the fact that we have to buy a new version every time you upgrade to a new computer.

I bought Microsoft office because I needed it the new version is nice but its taking time to get use to. I was using office 2010 before so, I am behind a few versions.

This office version is perfect. I have had it a year now with no problems. It has all the apps you would need for home use. GREAT PRODUCT.

I have been using the Office Home & student windows for many years. I use if for home info, make many Excel sheets, use power point and sometimes word. It is a great product.

I review systems and configurations all the time to ensure the system provides 4 to 7 years growth span and room for expansions. This is the economical and dependable Choice

It seemed like a better value to purchase this up front than pay the monthly fee. I was disappointed that it wasn't part of the standard package of our new computer.

It was a great product, but they did sell me the one for PC not mac. However, the exchange was really easy! Pricing at the time was fair. I would suggest this product.

I bought the 2016 version because I was told that there would be a one time charge as opposed to an ongoing annual charge. I’m very satisfied with the product.

Microsoft team was helpful and friendly while assisting with set up. Watch for fraudulent websites - make sure you are on the specific web address on the card for set up.

Why spend over half the price of this for one year when you can get this product for the lifetime of your computer? Office once was free.... that would be nice too!

I purchase Office Home and Student -2016 so I would not have to pay each year for an upgrade. So far I am happy. It is not to different than the 2003 that I was using.

I had a little trouble installing since I was unfamiliar with my new computer. Contacted the online help desk and everything is just fine, and received some helpful tips too.

Was in the market for a new laptop. This program was a great buy had higher reviews for current market. I could not have made a better purchase, very satisfied with product.

Was pleased to be able to buy the permanent licensed software, instead of the other option, a one-year subscription at $79 per year. We're casual home users, $79 per year is way more than we're willing to spend.
