Up pops a window with an error code. Must call an 800 number for support. Make the call and am told I will have to pay for support in order to download. When I told them I had no intentions of paying anything else they suggested I return the card and code back to where I purchased it. So off to Best Buy I go and wouldn't you know customer service was zero help told me I should just try again. Thanks for nothing.
