    I had to purchase this for college. It works well. Do not use the photo identification screen lock... there are still errors and it can lock your computer up. PLEASE Google it first.

    Works great. No problem using earlier versions. One glitch when using APA template, but second attempt allowed everything to work just fine.

    The new Office program is an updated version of the old standard. Some new features take a while to become familiar, but am sure that time will make them easy-to-use.

    Many changes since my Windows 2007 pak. Not sure I like all the changes. But still finding my way around. Think I need to upgrade more often - then it won't be such a big change.

    its good however i originally wanted to replace my vaio laptop and i was disappointed to find best buy no longer carries them. i hope they choose to carry vaio laptops again ..
