User ignorance I guess, evidently it's been years since I've used an updated version. Thought it would be one thing I would be familiar with. Wrong. I don't know if it's the new computer, the program, or because my internet is slow (which shouldn't effect it, but it seems to!) but it locks up, is terribly quirky, and has been frustrating. Hopefully I'll get it figured out soon. I bought it just for word processing, but I guess there are cheaper simpler programs I could have settled with.

Compared to XP system I was using this is great, fast and easy to use. Still learning the ins/outs with all the new items.

Office suite is a must have if you track expenses or a budget. Very happy with this product. Have upgraded when upgrade is available.

I use this product for at home use only, so did not need the most updated features all of the time, so this was a great purchase

Very different from Office 2007 Still learning the differences and working out the kinks. Microsoft tech support was excellent in helping install and set up.

I like Outlook and this product was no exception. There was an issue and I was able to talk with a real human being! Amazing!

couldn’t use my older ms office on my new desktoo, so got this latest download version. Subscriptions are not for me.

I purchased a new laptop that I needed to have Office Home installed. I really like the program. This serves my needs.

Good to have an updated Office suite and I like the fact that it is cloud based so I do not need as many updates.

The Geek Squad, informed me I had to purchase this to go back to windows 7 program to replace and fix my problems windows 10 caused.

I love MS Word and Excel. Have used them for years. This also came with Outlook, Access, Powerpoint and Publisher.

It was not easy for me to install and had to call tech support, but works great after being installed on my new PC.

Use for lite office work. Good if you don't need power point. And you don't pay Microsoft annually - at least not yet.

Bought for a birthday gift to go with a laptop ... I got 20.00 off the permanent office installation with purchase of a laptop

Not a bad program for commercial based antivirus; I prefer the corporate version since I run my own business but my aunt loves it.

Glad they still sell this product as a hard copy you can own and it has not all gone to purely streaming and annual subscription

This product is good since you only need to spend a little more and you have a lifetime of office not just a yesr

A few new things, but works just as great. Might take a bit to get used to if you’re new to this version of Word.
