    During installation, a support team, Team Viewers took over my computer to help me out and they created a total mess. I was never be able to activate the program. Microsoft couldn't do it either. I got refunded from Microsoft. Pay a few more dollars and buy the program with the actual CD, this on line installation did not work for me.
