Office 10

The new Office 10 is way too complicated for someone like me who only writes some letters, copies recipes and occasionally creates resumes. I used excel to keep track of my medical bills, lists of things to do, groceries, etc. The office 10 version again, way too complicated. Please Microsoft, offer a simpler version for the people who are not geniuses.

Good product beware of poor customer support

Not only was I put on hold multiple times (well over 10 times) I was pressured to purchase expensive additional virus protection. My customer service was longer than 2 hours and no resolve accomplished. Very disappointed with Microsoft as s company.
