Terrible experience

I had trouble connecting to the internet, the microphone did not work, and the display driver would stop working unexpectedly. I took it back to the store, where they assured me it must just be a fluke and I exchanged it for the same model, with which I continued experiencing the same issues. I have now returned this product for an Acer and love it.
