Hard to install

This card junk that you have to find then upload is for the birds. Had to call CSC for help and luckily they were able to get this on my moms PC. I don't rent a program I own it this is crazy.

This purchase is iffy for me

I believe this came with PDF Suite 2017 but I cannot get anything to open up with it so this purchase (one time purchase for life) has disappointed me. :(
