This is sooooooo different compared to Windows 7. Wish I had a Windows 10 for Dummies to look up different ways to use the special features or even the common uses and short-cuts.

The program as a whole is good but the card code only being used for one computer is not good. If your computer crashes for some reason you seem to be put an expensive program

I don't like the fact that it can only be installed on one computer unless you purchase the Office 365 product and then pay for it annually. I have to have Word so I have no choice !

my biggest gripe is that when i go to open it, the software takes about 10 minutes to open, configure (like it is a brand new install) EVERYTIME.

For travel its ok it does not have a fast response time it can be very slow you have to be very patient. The size is fine and charges fairly quickly. Camera is ok sometimes finicky.

Best Buy priced match this Office key product to the cent without a hesitation. I surely will buy from Best Buy and be able to talk with a knowledgable sales person everytime.

Good product only thing that I don't like is it can't use this with documents done from a different Microsoft Office version. I am having to go to between 2 different laptops to work on pages.

My product code was not able to download, it would have been much easier to purchase form the Office website.

I was somewhat disappointed I had to purchase the Windows Product Card to be able to access the files from my previous computer. The added cost was unexpected and disappointing.

It's Microsoft. Like there's a big choice in other business programs these days. There is nothing spectacularly new or even mildly amusing about Office. But what else is there?

Unintuitive. Outlook is horrendous. Emails get to my phone and ipad immediately. They can be delayed up to 3 hours getting to my desktop! Sent mail does not show up for hours, and sometimes not at all. Can't simply attach a link of a file and send. The old Office was simple, easy to use. This one isn't worth the effort and selling it on a subscription basis means that you have to pay forever now. I have never been so disappointed.

But the price makes it sounds like it is included forever, not just for a few months. So it's either buy it here now or pay a monthly fee otherwise after the time is up. Not cool!

I really need a calendar. The only way to get one is to buy this program, which I think is over-rated and over-priced. And in this version has the worst calendar ever.

I bought the program to install on a Dell laptop computer I bought from Best Buy. The computer died on me within 2 months. So, I lost my money on this program, too.

Office 2016 is good, prefer the layout from the older versions. Some of the free software has caught up to Microsoft but unfortunately you still need office for school.

Had this installed on my new computer and though it would be a smooth transition from the 2010 version. However, it took a while to get up to speed with the changes.

Product is great but was a pain in the neck to install on my surface. Had to make many adjustments on internet explorer. Eventually had to bring it in to get some help from geek squad

Couldn't use and 10-13 days to repair computer is dumb. Probably quit if this continues. The Geek Squad is supposed to be about service and 2 weeks is VERY poor service.

Very busy screen still trying to see how to stop all of the pop ups. Not very clear instructions on how to use especially when setting us for multi users in the household

MS only grants a license for one computer. The company is trying to move everyone to the subscription service. Am contemplating moving to open source software to save future costs.
