Love Microsoft office, but to use this version is a but time consuming. You have to set up a login to access the program, which I've never had to do with previous computers.

I as a little annoyed that these programs did not come with my computer purchase and I had to purchase them separately. It took a lot of time to download them and get them working.

I had a really tough time setting up a document because I could not find the appropriate functions I needed. They were so hidden inside some icons they were difficult to locate.

I walked back in the store hours after buying this. The sarcastic girl working customer service took 10 minutes to finish her conversation with other employees before cutting me short to tell me, "no refunds on software." No help at all. I don't think the product key was activated when I purchased it. It just sat there timing out on download trying to verify the code. Second bad trip there. No longer a customer.

Will be used more when I return from vacation. Basic needs will be met. Looking forward to adding some personal programs to cover personal collections etc.

This 2016 suite takes some getting use to. Publisher is not included: it was included in 2010.I would recommend it as long as you read carefully to know what you are getting.

Not too long after installing Microsoft office my computer got a virus...talked to the person that worked on my computer and they said this was a common problem.

They changed the amount of how many computer 's it could be installed on. It use to be 3 which was nice. Home, laptop and mini iPad for the price would of be nice and fair

I am not unhappy with this version of office. It seems to have a learning curve I am still trying to figure out. The older versions were easier to manage for me.

I needed a good word program. I use one a lot. Didn't need most of the other things that came with it. But it is all one package.

I need to keep writing to get to 50 characters so that I can get my Best Buy 25 points so that I can get more point for my purchases that I would like to purchase.

It's sad my new computer didn't come with this preloaded, but it's even more sad the price they put on these different versions. I just wanted a cheap Microsoft Word.

Was going to give this product a higher rating than my Windows 10 review until I just gave it some more attention and it required me to sign in to my Microsoft account instead of just activating from my product code. Kept saying "this code is invalid, maybe it is a code to a different product" until I signed in. Complete BS to require an account sign in to this program. Aside from this it is essentially a newly skinned version of Office 2010 with a few changes in the menus and operations.

Having issues with the microsoft office key. it shows that it has been used before. I called microsoft and they were no help!! they said to call bust buy.

to me this is harder to use than previous versions, lots of options but it seems the options slows down the process.

Too expensive for the very basics that it offers. I guess it is good enough for doing basic word and excel documents.

Hope to have better luck with LG than I had with Samsung. Bought a 43 inch Samsung TV from Best Buy less than 2 years ago. Stopped working 3 months ago.

This should be a click and add product code download. Instead you have to create a Microsoft account and it takes you through multiple popups for completion.

This has office but you could find better office 365 but yearly subscription required this product you only pay once

The first card i purchased had a "bad" code on it. i had to drive an hour to and from the store for another card. Thankfully, the second card worked perfectly.
