When I ordered this on line, I thought I would get a CD. No, that is not the case. You need to scratch off a part of a card to reveal a registration code. Then you have to establish an account with Microsoft if you do not already have one. It is a little tedious but can be done. The registration code is only good for one computer and does not receive updates.

your store employee Mark was helpful & knowledgeable when he installed Word, but my computer keeps telling me that the Word program has expired.

I like the product, but I wish the would go back to having it installed on the computer. All computers need it. Don't charge extra for it.

After enduring previous "upgrades" to Windows, I wish MS would have a variety of users test the product before sending it out...

Office, home & student is nice to have in using Word and Excel. Unfortunately, it is somewhat pricey and got a 3 on price vs value.

too many new unneeded features that only complicate Download did execute well no choice but to recommend if someone wants Office

Bought this with a new laptop, as didn't want to have to pay for Office 365 each year. But seems some things are not the same.

Love using the Microsoft Office products, but tired of paying so much for it. I may look further after this subscription is up.

Sucks because the lenovo i bought died with in a week and it took this to the grave with it. And i cant figure how to reload it in the comp

Didn't improve anything. Made Excel slower and more work. Too much work on office to do without so I have no choice but to use it.

I bought this and was not satisfied that it didn't include the Microsoft Outlook email program. So I returned it and was forced to purchase the subscription that had it included. If it would have included the Outlook program for email/calendar I would have kept this because the price would have been acceptable, not being a subscription.

For some reason my Microsoft account couldn't be found until finally after several attempts and hours later with little support.

miss tool bar options such as save/print in tool bar when yahoo mail is open very difficult too easily print the text of an e mail or attachment many steps needed miss tab in ribbon for formatting - need to enter individual command in custom ribbon - providing the tab would have been much easier need to use the help option very often right click is not consistent - sometimes has print sometimes has save but not always both

As expected, with all the bells and whistles you'd expect from Windows, However it was somewhat difficult to install,

Maybe that will change with time, but at the moment, not a fan of Windows 10. Everything takes longer and it slows down my computer.

Good app kinda pricey though but lasts as long as the computer you have and has all the essentials a college student needs

office is still a good product but they need a better tutorial for updated changes from the last suite I purchased.

Would drop the price some though. Microsoft has been overcharging for Office for years but the latest versions are good.

I think it's lame that Microsoft Office needs to be purchased with the laptop. Annoyed that I had to purchase it.
