||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Neither Best Buy nor MicroSoft alerted that Windows 10 and my hot-spot connect to the internet are incompatible, 10 being too high-speed -- eight hours to download, and it trips a WORD, EXCEL blocking mechanism making entered data inaccessible when frequent updates are not promptly downloaded. Took a week for the Geek Squad to diagnosis the problem including twice downloading updates whereas 6 attempts to reach Microsoft tech support failed. Best Buy took back my new laptop and promptly refunded its purchase. I had insufficient opportunity to rate this Office card package which, when connected to high-speed wireless, obviously is far better than a one rating. . Since cable, satellite, and 3 hours/day at StarBucks, or shutting off all 10 updates are not feasible options, I look in the future to a Chrome laptop at Best Buy and Google.docs to upgrade.my aging desktop with XP for my document needs.
