Now Microsoft forces you to download from their site and pay subscription fees. Or you can buy this one time download that lasts the life of the device you installed on. I don't like it, but with Microsoft there really isn't any other option.

Too complicated

I have only used Word, but I found it to be very different from older Word versions. There were too many headings, items, and characteristics to navigate through. Even doing a "save as" was very different and complicated. It is just not very user friendly.
