Photos did not transfer and Xcel was a problem. Not happy with transition with Microsoft office and did not get adequate support from Geek Squad

It was let me copy and paste an article that has an image in it, prior version did allow it. I also cannot put prior version of documents on to this version so I have to find other version to directly download them

I paid for the first office 2016 and my computer crashed so I tried to put it on my new computer, no way Microsoft said no even after telling me I could do so.Never got to try the first one.Had to go out and buy it all over again.
