Windows 10 has too many apps and ads for my liking.

Not much to say, not too much of a improvement over 2013

No problems, blah, blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda.

It was not easy to load on computer and it took to long.

Subscription based software socks as much as it sounds.

Microsoft Office is a good product for home and office.

bought this product, more because we have to in order to do any docs or word. Initially tried to load the program but the instructions were vague at best. Didn't know you had to sign in to Microsoft, easy instructions if they were complete. Called them, got India, explaining with frustration and promptly got hung up on because they didn't want to hear what i was saying. Finally got it downloaded. Not a brand new laptop, everything is bogged down, slow, sometime when I open a doc, it takes minutes to open. or sometimes wont open at all. "not responding," is usually what I get. Bottom line, Microsoft SUCKS Somebody please make a product that works and doesn't mess with your device.

Hard to positively review this product. Not because of quality, but after years of using and being comfortable with previous version, this was a cumbersome process to have to get used to the upgrade. I have no quarrel with Microsoft product. Just a curmudgeon.

Package fine. Just not enthralled with Windows 10.

I purchased this product as an upgrade as I lost everything on the computer. When I went to choose a font, there are not near as many choices as the 2010 Home and Office for Student. Very disappointed and do not wish to upgrade again to Professional.

It does all I need to do!!! The programs are good.

I purchased Office Home and Student over 30 days ago and still have not been successful in installing it. At first, it did not take, so i installed it again and had a duplicated install. So I deleted and started all over and its still not working!!

bought computer and office student2016 in rogers, ar Best Buy... computer didn't work which was a present for my brother in Ft Smith which he returned there to have fixed they were going to put office student 2016 on the computer when they fixed it... They couldn't fix it and lost the office card which my brother couldn't register because the computer did not work. THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE OFFICE STUDENT CARD WHICH THEY LOST!!!! Took it to the Rogers Best Buy had it fixed within the day and said that if I could not get the prepurchased card info from Microsoft tegu would resolve the issue... thank you rogers, AR Best Buy for the help which I hope they will take care of the office card issue

When I tried to set this up on my laptop I got an error message. I then contacted the number they said to call to fix this error and to make a long story short ended up being scammed into purchasing $666 worth of "security" I did not need. Fortunately my IT department at work told me I should not have purchased this unnecessary security software and I was able to stop payment before it was processed. I did end up having to get a completely new account number which meant updating all my automatic payments etc. Also discovered that I could have gotten the Office software through my employer at a much discounted amount.

General "one time pay" for the general used Microsoft functions. This doesn't have Access, so you'll have to pay for the office 365. Wish they would offer a one-time pay for all the office suite.
