if I could I would have given it minus scars .I love microsoft products I love microsoft office I bought this product to put on my h p and got an error message so I called the eight hundred number provided which told me I had a trojan I took my computer in it did not have a trojan then I realized that I had already bought a subscription to 365 so I tried to return this item that I bought and they would not take the return so now I have bought a product that I cannot use And furthermore Best Buy will not return or exchange In add credit to My Best Buy account that's A Hardunn $60 I have spent on this product I will not use

I am rating this as a one star since I haven't used it. I was able to transfer a current copy of office from my old laptop. I use Office all the time and I like it.

I lost the card and now I am stuck with having to pay 130 dollars for a lost card. WIsh there was an option of the code being emailed to your email.

The Microsoft and other software companies seem to be holding us for ransom. You can buy PART of the MS Office suite but not all of it. If you want the full Monty, you MUST pay... year, after year, after year...

Don’t get me wrong office is a nice product to have, but after I spend money on a computer just have it loaded on the computer! Such a racket! I hate that it has to be purchased separately

Windows 10 is so much different. Hasnt been easy getting adjusted to Windows 10. I have gone to Microsoft store and have taken an introductory class. Still a long way to go before I feel comfortable.

I wanted something like the old Microsoft works program. Simple, user friendly. For the cost, should be able to use on more than one computer.

I had issues with this installation, no hep from best buy at all!! Referred me to microsoft, who referred me back to best buy. I was in the middle. Got misinformation from BB

Well I've been using 2016 for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say, as a home and small business user, it gives me NOTHING over and above the 2007 I have been using for years.

Just purchased it because I couldn't find any other word processing program that was good. This should come free with the laptop.

I was offered product by sales rep. I was never able to install it, I asked about issues and never got refunded money paid for it.

When I bought this I thought I was also getting Outlook for my emails. But when I found out, I had already downloaded this, and to get Outlook would be too expensive

When trying to modify files edited with previous versions, some features won't work and it's very frustrating. Sometimes MS needs to leave well-enough alone.

It did not contain cable needed for TV connection. Had to return to purchase cable. The sales person should have been more forth coming concerning the product.

Purchased for parents. Disappointed because I could not download for 24 hours after purchase. Then had to set up an account and email address would not use phone #. Purchased because hate the other option of having to be on line and paying 100.00 a year for something that should be already on the computer with out paying over and over. Very disappointed with microsoft. The only reason I would recommend to a friend is that they do not have to pay for it every year.

Windows 10 sucks, can't find how to do anything, takes forever to find how to do labels, increase size of font, change fonts, etc!!!! Hate it, miss my XP!

Had to be on the phone with customer service for 3 hrs to get the program downloaded. Customer service was helpful, it just took forever.

I can't believe you have to buy this and it's not included in laptops software package. I don't like that you can't get a physical copy anymore.

It works same as previous Microsoft program. Now you have to buy individual programs for each computers you own. this is little ridiculous.
