Only gave it a 2 because I had to call office to get it to work. Best Buy was no help after buying it from them. My code would not work

I recently purchased a laptop computer with Geek Squad protection and Office Home & Student 2016. I was not sure if I would keep the bundle, so asked if I returned everything within 14 days, I would receive credit on all purchases. I was told yes. I decided to return the purchased items. Although I did not install the Office Home & Student 2016, Best Buy did not issue a credit. I am now stuck with Office Home & Student 2016.

Micro soft over complicated the menus to the point where I spend more time looking for the function, then actually using it. NOT IMPRESSED

Do not like the sales policy of $125 purchase or expensive rental price of updates. Unless you have a Mac, what else can you use?

Worst program we have ever experienced!!!!! Store clerk said our new tower wouldn't load the older versions of Office and Office 365 is what we would need. We tried to install on new PC and it wouldn't. So, we called the number on back of Office 365 and we got connected to some guy who tried to scam us and he loaded a virus onto the new PC. We ended up taking the new PC back and got all our monies refunded.

They sold me this for an IPad, sold me the wrong one, they exchanged it for one for Apple, only to find it didn't work for iPad, have to buy the way expensive on to work on it. Daughter really disappointed they sold us this, we did not even think of it until they mentioned it. 2 people were helping us, not even Geek Squad guys knew about it until this situation. Would have been zero stars, but that was not an option.

I only gave this 2 stars because there is plenty of free software that does the exact same things and preforms just as well.

While trying to download the program - computer was not able to install the program and computer was hacked Be careful!!!

Why they make the new package so complex to understand, I was expecting a simple version, I really like the old one

Even discounted, it was nearly half the price of the laptop. But I needed the software, so I didn't see any other options.

Should have gone with regular Office not home and student so it could be used on multiple computers and available upgrades.

I still like my 2010 version of the Home & Office. This one was difficult to figure out. Not easy to use.

The menu header for older versions of excel were much easier to use and were more flexible in attaining graphs desired.

used to having the Outlook pro, the home version does not have all the features I am used to. exchanged to pro.

This is basically renting Office. It does get rid of buying new versions but is just a rental plan. Returned it

Will not download due to virus even after getting the computer cleaned (professionally) still will not upload

If you want to add amounts to a formula you have to start all over very cumbersome for my. Spreadsheets

try to get help the tech support to download this soft ware to my newly bought laptop,instead of helping me they are offering to purchased virus protection because according to them my laptop has a lot of virus.All the different phone number listed on all tech support falls on the same group of people w/c is people from India.Try calling for yourself see how it goes..

Returned the student edition for full version with PowerPoint

I didn't realize this was just a one year subscription for the software. Overpriced for that.
