HAD TO DRIVE 25MILES ROUNDTRIP TO EXCHANGE FOR RIGHT PRODUCT. ALSO, WINDOWS OFFICE INSTALLATION SETUP PROCURE VERY VERY LABORIOUS! BETWEEN A THOUSAND PASSWORD SETUPS & HUNDREDS OF MENUS .. IT TOOK ME ALMOST 2 HRS TO FULLY LOAD ON MY MAC!

I asked the salesman if this Office 2016 was the same for Apple and PC and he said yes and sold me the one I later found out was only for PC. Fortunately, I didn't scratch off the code and was able to exchange and have the Apple Office 2016 downloaded at my session with the Geek Squad (on 2/20).

Office 2016 did not work.

Best Buy took it back and gave us another one. It did not work either. My computer man tried everything he could, including talking to Microsoft. They could not do anything either. BEST BUY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK, SO ALL WE HAVE IS A PIECE OF TRASH!

He tried on one and couldn't get it to load. Took it back and tried it on a second and it wouldn't load. So we bought it on Amazon and it loaded perfectly. Lucky someone at Best Buy went against their policy and let us return open software.

Everything from downloading music to copying pictures and videos was just a few clicks. With Windows 10 everything is much more complicated. Creating Play List and adding and modifying files is very difficult. If I have to buy another computer I will consider a Mac!!

HP support tried to fix PC, couldn't, then sent recovery disk, which still couldn't repair system, they suspected "software conflict." Had to get new PC.

I spent 1.5 HOURS on the phone getting it taken care of. It was a customer experience nightmare. If you do have a problem with the product key code just go in. The phone process was terrible.
