Microsoft Suite is excellent

The new version of Word is awesome. The best feature I have used so far is when I add new information to word document it will ask if I want to where I left off.

Great Software

I called tech support and was told to wait longer because of streaming installation over the internet which was not the solution. I searched the internet and found the problem to be the printer spooler. Shut down the print spooler, installation finished, turned the print spooler back on. Works perfectly.....I suggest installing Office before you install your printer.
