Great Software

I called tech support and was told to wait longer because of streaming installation over the internet which was not the solution. I searched the internet and found the problem to be the printer spooler. Shut down the print spooler, installation finished, turned the print spooler back on. Works perfectly.....I suggest installing Office before you install your printer.

Great software package

I did not want the subscription package and was pleased to find the home and student package at a reasonable price. I would have liked the package to include outlook. This is why I did not give it 5 stars.
