Easy to use

It has many more features than what I was accustomed to on my old Dell with XP. I use Excel and Word everyday and I get rapid responses from these programs. Easy to use from the onset.

Nice Well Balanced Laptop

Generally I am happy with it. The only conn (other than being Windows 10) is the battery is built-in and can't be swapped out for one with a full charge when out in the field, but so far that has not been a problem. As the battery ages, it may be a big problem.

Basic Microsoft Office, but a little pricey.

Microsoft Office 2016 is very nice, and works well. It's tools and features are beyond what I expected; Microsoft did not slack on this program! It's still good.
