Packaging sucks

I was given this card with a scratch off spot to reveal a code to be able to download office. Lightly scratching does not take the covering to the code off as it is some kind of glue or sticker. I ended up scratching off some of the code just trying to see the code. Best Buy said I had to go through Microsoft. After a long phone wait and then having to download an "app" that let the tech have control over my computer it was finally installed. I have no problem with Office, I have problems with their packaging. If you are going to buy this, I would do it online so you do not have to worry about the stupid defective scratch off part.

I bought this product office home and student

I only have one computer not 3 if I wa told that at point of purchase I would of not purchased that computer my fault for not asking questions I was under the assumption the office program was free that came with computer

Standard software for everyday purposes.

Chose the one-time purchase vs. the annual 'rental fee'. Not much difference in this version than in previous ones, and not sure how much enhancement can/would be added. It works!
