I went to install and when I went to enter the product key, the website said it didn't recognize the number. That happened 4 separate attempts. I contacted customer service and they installed office remotely for me--which was great! I only gave 4 because of the slight hassle associated with the product key number that didn't work. Otherwise, it's basic Office and works just fine.

I don’t have any yearly chargers even tho the apps won’t update. Word is word.

I was not too happy when I realized the Microsoft Office360 that came with my new HP computer had an annual subscription cost, so I waited until the cost for the familiar Office for Home and Student went on sale and bought it. Now when the 360 version expires I will have a permanent copy that does not have to be renewed for a fee each year.

Have yet to install, but after conversations with staff, expect this is just what I need.

Easy to install and has all the parts of Microsoft software that I will use.

Up til now I was still using Office 2000, but finally updated with purchase of new computer. Just got the home/student version because over 99% of my work is in those programs. Decided against Office 365 in order to retain local control of files and data. New Office version has new bells and whistles, but nothing particularly meaningful to me. Very nice introductory section to features in each module, though. Its great to have an app/program that actually gives you information on ways to use it, and improve productivity. One caveat: Office offers periodically to install service to sync with my phone (Android, in this case). Crashed my phone and bluetooth subsystem twice - not going to try it again, altho it could have been very useful. Would definitely recommend Office, but also recommend Polaris and WPS Office, free program suites.

I had a prior version of this software which I also liked. This one is a bit different. Still a good product. I like the fact that you don't have to pay EVERY YEAR to keep using it. It's perfect for my needs.

Buy it, type in the code, download and you are good to go!
