Consistent Delivery

Further their Premium Service gets my top rating. The keyboard has a nice feel and adjustments to print size, etc are easily made. If I have any question, Toshiba is a phone call away, without any wait. All in all, no complaints and compliments.

Easy to Install

Good computer but poor instructions

However, the instructions were terrible. If I had not already been very familiar with computers and associated hardware, I could never have assembled the computer and monitor. Since I am 110 miles from a Best Buy store, having the Geek Squad set up the computer and monitor was not an option.
