So how I got directed to a site that was NOT Microsoft and they tried getting boat loads of money from me claiming my computer was the problem (I just bought the computer at Best Buy). The next day I went to the Microsoft page and called. They were extremely helpful and pleasant - everything is working wonderfully and didn't cost me a dime more -
