Had to get this

My old laptop that I just replaced had only 2010. Decided to upgrade to 2016 as I got a new laptop and they offered a discount at that time. Hey cheaper now then later. MS Office tools are good. Plus it will help with homework items too.

Office 2016 - a few new bells and whistles

I noticed a few new bells and whistles from Office 2010, but nothing I couldn't have lived without. Backwards compatibility has presented a few issues. It seems that MS would have backwards compatibility as a default setting for newly released software like this. Not everyone to whom I send documents has updated to the 2016 version.

Very Useful For Child's School Projects

The on-line version of Word that was available to her through school lacked some of the functionality she wanted. She can now access the full version of Word, PowerPoint, etc.

It's new, but good.

But it has great features and is the only program that works with riverpoint writer (APA formatting software) which is important for my school.
