This software is easy to install and easy to use. I use word almost daily and it has amazing features that help with writing.

Easy to install. Like the new features. So much easier than the old fashioned way of using a bunch of CD’s to install.

Very convenient with the down load. Very easy to follow instructions make it hard to mess up even for a person that is not tech friendly. Works as expected and will do the job.

I had to get a new PC so decided to purchase Office 16. Was using Office 10 previously. Is very similar so was easy to convert. It has some different, nicer looks and a few changes. Overall, it is just as good as what I had been using.

This came in clutch for me after I purchased my laptop. You can't beat the price, and Microsoft Office is key for my job. Great value.

If you own a computer, the one software needed more than anything else would be an Office program to write your papers, do the math, create your lectures and much more! MS Office H&S 2016 is the best vehicle for that! I'm sure that even if MS comes out with MS 2020, MS2016 will still read, write and compute though it would no longer be supported. I've used older versions until upgrading to a newer machine where having an older office program was working but just wasn’t as compatible with the newer technology.

Needed word and excel...have this on another laptop too. I use word and excel almost daily so this was a must for me and what I need.

I love this product! You buy this once and that's it. No problems. No worries. No requirements to be on internet. In contrast, I had so much trouble with Microsoft Windows 365 because I was not on internet frequently. (Windows 365 - you must be on internet at least once a month, if not it locks you out. I forgot my password and it was a big hassle!

Even though it's expensive, purchasing the program is necessary to complete my research by writing about it. The Geek Squad at Best Buy explained the purpose of the code and walked me through the online instructions.

Good price and works well. Had a little difficulty downloading but that could have been cause by my internet provider

I've purchased the older versions of Office in the past and am still trying to get the hang of this new one. Each version is different and while I do not like change, I'm continuing to discover all that this program can do.

When I purchased my new computer with Windows 10, I learned that inorder to transfer my old documents and be able to modify them, it was necessary that I purchase a microsoft program. I decided to buy the permanent program rather than one which was only good for 1 year. There is a home and business program, but for my relatively limited use, this program does everthing that I need. I have not yet found anything, that I cannot do with this program. I recommend this program for anyone working on Windows 10.

This package of products had exactly what I needed so it was a good buy. I don't need to work with databases anymore (hooray) so I don't mind not having Access. It might take me a while to get used to the new formats, but that's OK.

I wasn't sure I really needed to buy Microsoft Office for my new PC, but I bit the bullet and bought it anyway. There are still documents I use Word and Excel for. Someone sent me Word files to edit and I was really glad to have already purchased it. I was leery of the fact it's a download and not a disc or even a USB but it actually took very little time for the files to download. If you've got the time or desire to use one of the comparable free products, go for it; at this point I'm still sticking with the programs I know!

I just had to get the newer version of Windows Office. This seemed like best option but VERY annoyed there is only 1 PC version. I only casually use Office so wish I had it on my 3 devices... cell, tablet and PC... but thus is better than paying a regular fee...

Should have bought the software pckage that contains Outlook. The Outlook that came with Windows 10 is totally worthless. It has been 3 weeks and Microsoft cannot sync it with my existing accounts. It has become so frustrating.

As a non-technical person, my Best Buy sales representative reviewed my needs when I purchased my new computer. As I continue to navigate and learn my new programs, I am completely satisfied with the performance.

I have used Word, Excel and Publisher, and they are great, as usual. I have not noticed much difference from previous versions.

We use everything in Microsoft Office daily. It's a must buy! This version looks and works great on our new Dell laptop
