Disappointed

But, for better or worse its almost a requirement these days. I've been using LibreOffice and it works quite well but not everyone likes and that includes my wife.

Can't open or find word and excel

Maybe it's online. If so it wasn't explained to us as new users. Would like to use word as an attachment but I can't find word

Difficulties with installation
