Very dissappointing experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered Office 2016 at the same time I ordered a new laptop. When I went to install it, I received an error that said the key code was not activated. I called Best Buy and the representative said that it showed activated but it still did not work. She said I needed to talk to Geek Squad. They wanted to charge me $99.95 to help me (tor a $120 purchase!) or said I could call Microsoft. Microsoft said the key was not activated and so I would have to send it in with my receipt and wait 4-6 weeks for reimbursement. This was very disappointing and makes me wonder if/when I will return to Best Buy as a customer.

Difficulty getting set up

Good Version of Office, but autosave changes bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you have to use office on a PC at work, this is a good choice for the Mac. This version is fully compatible and just had a 64bit update released that greatly improves performance. However, I am giving it 3 stars due to the revised autosave. Any good safe (i.e. no crash occurred) results in the autosaves becoming inaccessible. Thus one only has a recovery copy if there is a crash. The way autosave used to work, one could get a recovery after a good save, which is useful when one realizes a spreadsheet change they made a few minutes ago didn't work and they just want to revert back to what they had before.
