My fault?

I put in the website and some choices came up on the screen. I clicked on the first one. I was having trouble, and a woman's face popped up on the screen asking "need help?" While I was waiting for her response to my questions, I called the phone number given on the screen. I was talking to a man with an Indian accent. He asked me to click on something to give him access to my computer, which I had just purchased. I hung up, closed my computer and went right up to Best Buy. I wanted my money back. They said I could not have a refund because I had already scratched off the access code. They told me the website on the screen was the wrong one. They installed Microsoft for me, and reassured me that my computer was fine. I don't know how I was supposed to know which choice to click on, so be very careful when installing Microsoft software. It looked real.

Typical buggy new Microsoft product

First, it wouldn't open any of my previous Office files. Had to call Microsoft technical support to get a workaround from them. Still will not allow me to save PowerPoint presentations created with the new program to the solid-state drive (I can save them to an external hard drive, but who wants to haul an external drive around to presentations?).
