Since my tech skills are limited, it's hard for me to point out any great features or features that leave something to be desired.

The Word application has had a few bugs with the save and save as feature but is easily reset with closing the application.

Obviously it's the best word processing and spreadsheet program, but the Google suite is catching up. I'm not sure how much longer it will be worth the price for the average user.

The function has changed alot compared to the older versions. I prefer the older version as I think they are more user friendly. I use to choose Word program alot in creating cards, newsletters and etc. and I loved all the features and function it offers. Now, with this new Word program, when I try to save my work in PDF, all my artwork, or background color just disappear. So, I am not really happy with that. With the money I spent on it, I felt it was a waste. I did better just using the Pages from the MacBook Pro to create a card or etc.

I've been so used to the PC version 2007 Office Home and Student Windows. But I just need to give it a little more time and I'm sure I will get it.
