easy to install & use

Good discount but activation issues

I use Office 365 but needed to buy a retail copy of office and the activation systems can't handle sending an email to an Office 365 account so I ended up having to create an new outlook.com email address just to activate it. Mildly annoying and one more thing to keep track of as well as having to relink it to my One Drive and SharePoint accounts. Remains to be seen if that is going to be an ongoing issue. Other than that, Office is Office so nothing to take note of.

Next time I'll have it installed

I was not comfortable with them "taking over my computer" in order to see the screen and complete the install. They said they had to use a another program as the one I purchased was not performing correctly. I don't know if they were being honest or not but I've not felt comfortable since I had their program downloaded. It would have been better If I'd let a tech install it and I would have had it not been so expensive. Any program that cost as much as this one did should be installed at no charge,
